Had to take a taxi to get there from Rome Termini but once we go there the location was excellent. The check in staff could not have been more helpful. She suggested a lovely dinner at a restaurant nearby. Then when we had to leave before breakfast, the staff brought us lots of food for own private breakfast. The location is also very close to the airport shuttle which is the best and cheapest way to get back to FCO airport. The room was bright, clean, and modern and exceeded expectations. We would definetly go back and stay longer.

The location is excellent, close to St. Peter’s cathedral and Vatican, with shops and cafes all around and 5 minutes walk from the nearest metro station. The staff was very nice and welcoming, we had a great experience

We really enjoyed our stay at Domus Terenzio. The staff is excellent. They were very kind and helpful. They called taxi for us, provided us with directions, and let us have coffee/snack outside of the set time. The room was stylish, clean, and comfortable. The refrigerator menu was affordable as well. I must say the windows are very good at keeping out street noise. The location is highly walkable, too. Highly recommend this stay.

Customer service 10/10 We loved the included breakfast buffet, one less thing to worry about. The hotel organised the taxi for us from the airport and told us where the best spots to go were. After three nights we became very familiar with the staff and miss them a lot! They cleaned the rooms nicely everyday. The location was also very safe and walking distance to Vatican City. I would say it is worth staying here over a place in the CBD because for the same if not less price you get a better quality accommodation, better customer service and safe location.

Everything about this accommodation exceeded our expectations. Owing to a missing bag at the airport we arrived much later than expected. The receptionist was very understanding, and advised us of a good restaurant nearby and was the only hotel receptionist in our travels to offer us a map of the city which proved to be very helpful. The room had a small courtyard attached and the bathroom was large and modern. Breakfast was very good and the attending staff went out of their way to meet our needs, being friendly and helpful.

The staff were incredible! They could not do enough for us. Our room was on the bottom level and the girls insisted on carrying our luggage up and down the stairs. The breakfast was wonderful. The location was great We asked for a recommendation for dinner and the restaurant they suggested was great. Would stay here again
