We liked the spaciousness of apt. and that it was decorated for Xmas. Comfy beds. A lovely living room although it is unfortunate the fireplace hasn't been converted to electric, so it is not usable. Parking was available. Walking distance to shops and grocery .

Everything on one floor, the main floor, which is otherwise unoccupied. A quiet tenant lives in the daylight basement apartment downstairs and uses their own separate entries. Incredible location!! We loved walking to the many great places on West Broadway, less than 10min away by foot. Safe family neighborhood with ample street parking.

Communication with Mirriam was great! She was very accommodating as far as our request for early check in and to help with little extras for our 7 month old granddaughter. Mirriam has a beautiful and spotlessly clean home in a quiet neighbourhood within easy walking distance of beaches, shops and restaurants. The garden space was especially appreciated!
