Fantastic boutique hotel with excellent hospitality, very gracious hosts and mind blowing service. The rooms were adequately sized with necessary amenities. The spa and pool in the basement was amazing. The host recommended restaurants and to-dos as well which were very helpful. Breakfast was wholesome as well

Close to but not in the busy foot traffic area, unique and elegant boutique style, private lounge areas with many books, overstuffed furniture if you want to stay in during the day, but the best part was the staff. So friendly and helpful. What would you like for breakfast? How would you like your eggs? What kind of coffee? Where can I find a suitcase to buy? What is the best bakery? Anything under the sun. I didn’t want to leave this wonderful place.

Our hostess / concierge, Camille, was fantastic. I would hire her in a second. Our room was spacious, clean and beautifully appointed. The Maison is centrally located in the old town and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby. I would stay there again. However next time, I would not take a car. The hotel does not offer parking and it took us 2 hours to find a public garage that wasn't full.

The proprietors were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The room was beautifully appointed and lovely to look at. One note, you do have to go up some flights of stairs, so you have to be reasonably fit to stay here. The manager sent helpful instructions on where to park our car, which was essential, because the property is in the old town. The parking is close and convenient.

The property is darling, your own private maison. It has only four sleeping room, a fun (albeit did not use it) game room, an underground steam and cold-dip spa, and the true feeling of a home. I was greeted by Camille and Alexandra, two of the hospitality team at Maison d'Aix. It was nice coming back at the end of the day, hanging out in the kitchen (which doubles as the reception desk) and chat with other quests. My room, Le Corset, looked out over a garden of another property, with 6' high windows, and calm. I only had the breakfast one day, due to my schedule. When in France, eat bread, butter and jam for breakfast, and it did not disappoint! Fresh baguette, jams, and wonderful butter and made-to-order coffee by one of the delightful staff members at Maison. You are on the edge of the old city, which means less hustle and bustle but you are just a few blocks away from the center and four doors away from a great restaurant. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind.

Great location just outside of main old town - can walk easily within. Loved the view outside of the window in our room, the amount of space, and soft bed.
