- Do you arrange airport transfers?
Free transfers are available into Madrid at 10.30, 13.00 and 15.30, and from Barcelona at 08.00. If your flights don't coincide with these transfer times then transfers can be booked at an additional cost. Please contact our travel experts to arrange this. If you arrive before the tour date then complimentary transfers can still be offered provided that your pre/post tour accommodation is booked though Costsaver.
- Are the flights included?
Flights before and after the tour are not included in the tour price and you need to arrange these separately by yourself once your tour is guaranteed. As we specialise in organising the best tours around the world for you, we are unable to advise on flight prices or book flights on your behalf. - I'm a solo traveller, is there a single supplement?
There is no mandatory single supplement on this tour, as travellers can be roomed with a fellow traveller of the same sex for no additional cost. If you would prefer a little more privacy you can opt for the single supplement option, the cost of which can be viewed on the booking page.

- What is the group size on this tour?
Trafalgar tours in Europe are coach tours that can take up to 45/50 people.
- Where and when does the tour start?
Day 1 of the tour is an arrivals day, so you can arrive in Madrid at any time. This gives you the opportunity to explore your surroundings and get settled into your hotel. In the evening a welcome meeting will be held, where you will get to know your Travel Director and fellow travellers.
- Where and when does the tour end?
The tour ends in Barcelona after breakfast on the last day, and you are free to leave any time after checkout.
- Can you assist with booking additional accommodation?
Of course we can! If you wish to arrange additional accommodation then please contact our customer support team once you have a confirmed booking.
- Are meals included?
This tour includes 8 buffet breakfasts and 3 three course dinners. Specific details of the meals are not included however if you have dietary requirements please contact us to arrange it.
